COOKIE POLICY
Quadro House LLC

1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Quadro House LLC uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on https://quadrohouse.com.
Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains our broader handling of personal information, and Privacy Choices, which explains how to submit privacy requests.
Questions may be sent to privacy@quadrohouse.com.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Some last only for a browsing session; others remain for a defined period or until removed.
Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember information between visits. Pixels and tags can send information about interactions to a service provider, whether or not they create a cookie themselves.
Information involved may include identifiers, browser and device details, requested pages, referral sources, and configured shopping events. The information processed depends on the technology, its settings, and your choices.
3. Essential Website Functions
We use WordPress, WooCommerce, and related infrastructure to operate the website and store. Essential technologies support functions such as maintaining a shopping session, remembering cart contents, processing checkout, securing forms, and recording consent choices.
Complianz manages our consent interface and stores information needed to remember and apply your privacy preferences.
Essential functions remain active independently of optional analytics and advertising consent. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent processing necessary to provide a purchase or another service you request.
Your browser may allow you to block essential storage, but doing so can prevent shopping or other website functions from working.
4. Saved Art and Preferences
Saved Art can remember a list of artwork identifiers in local browser storage when you use the feature. The storage key used by this feature is quadro-saved-art-v1.
The selection is associated with that browser. It does not reserve artwork, create an order, or guarantee a price or future availability.
Local storage may remain until it is removed by the feature, cleared through browser settings, or otherwise removed by the browser. Using another device or clearing site data may remove access to the saved list.
Analytics and advertising consent controls do not, by themselves, clear your Saved Art list. You can remove selections through the feature where available or clear the relevant browser storage.
Other optional preference technologies, where offered, are described in the cookie details and relevant controls.
5. Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity and shopping behavior. Depending on the configured events, information may include identifiers, browser and device details, page visits, referral sources, product views, cart interactions, and purchase information such as products, value, currency, and transaction identifiers.
Our configuration blocks Google Analytics measurement until you allow the Statistics category.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising tags. Each tag must follow the consent category applicable to its purpose. Tag Manager does not replace those choices or make every tag essential.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising results and support relevant advertising, including retargeting and audience creation.
Subject to Marketing consent, configured events may provide Meta with identifiers and information about page visits, products viewed, cart activity, checkout, and purchases. Meta may associate that information with information it holds about you under its policies and settings.
Our configuration blocks Meta advertising tracking until you allow the Marketing category.
Advertising providers may process information about activity over time and across different websites or services. Certain disclosures can qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. See Privacy Choices for the relevant options.
6. Payment and External Services
Square processes payments offered through its services. Payment, fraud-prevention, or security technologies may be needed to provide a payment method you select.
External payment, social media, and messaging services have their own privacy and cookie practices. Visiting or interacting with those services can involve processing outside our website controls.
7. Cookie and Storage Details
The details below identify cookies and services maintained in our consent manager, including available information about providers, purposes, and retention periods. The entries depend on the website features and service settings in use.
Some entries may apply only when you use a particular feature or allow a category. Our use of local storage for Saved Art is also explained in Section 4.
8. Your Choices
Complianz provides options to accept optional technologies, reject them, or customize preferences by category.
You can revisit your selection through Cookie Settings or the Cookie preferences control on the website. Optional categories are not required to complete a purchase.
Withdrawing consent stops future optional processing controlled by that preference. It does not automatically erase information already collected or delete every cookie stored on your device. Browser settings can help remove existing cookies and local storage.
Choices generally apply to the browser and device where you make them. Clearing site data or using another browser may require you to choose again. We may request a new choice when necessary because of a material change.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Our consent manager is configured to treat recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a rejection of optional tracking.
Where applicable law requires an opt-out preference signal to be honored, we apply it to the relevant processing. Its scope may be limited to the browser or identifiers reasonably associated with the signal.
These signals do not cancel orders, remove business records, or disable essential functions. They do not necessarily control information previously processed or your activity on services you visit separately.
10. Browser Controls, Updates, and Contact
Browser settings allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Private browsing does not, by itself, prevent all data transmission.
We update this Policy when our technologies, practices, or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes requiring additional notice or a new choice will be handled accordingly.
For information about personal data requests, see Privacy Choices or contact privacy@quadrohouse.com.
