TERMS OF SALE & USE
Quadro House LLC
Effective Date: October 27, 2026
Last Updated: October 27, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Sale & Use govern your use of https://quadrohouse.com and purchases of artwork and related products from Quadro House LLC, a Florida business. “Quadro House,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quadro House LLC.
Review these Terms together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Cancellations, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. They form part of the purchase terms presented to you at checkout.
Product-specific specifications and additional terms expressly agreed with you apply to the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions about these Terms or an order may be sent to privacy@quadrohouse.com. Include your order number when available.
2. Eligibility and Order Information
You must be legally able to enter into the purchase transaction or act with appropriate authorization on behalf of the purchaser.
Provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information. If you arrange delivery to another person or submit that person’s information or images, you must have authority to do so.
Purchases do not require a customer account. Saved Art selections, cart contents, and saved configurations do not reserve inventory, lock in a price, or constitute an accepted order.
Review the artwork, material, dimensions, orientation, customization, delivery method, price, and total before submitting your order.
3. Artwork, Materials, and Product Presentation
The product description and selected options identify what you are purchasing. Products may include catalog artwork or custom products made using materials you submit.
Unless expressly included in the product description, room furnishings, decorative objects, frames, display supports, installation services, and other items shown in styled images are not included.
Room photographs, digital renderings, and other presentation images are illustrative. Use the stated dimensions and specifications rather than estimating size or thickness from a display image.
Screen settings, lighting, acrylic reflections, and the printing process may affect perceived color and appearance. Digital proofs are not physical color samples. These limitations do not excuse the delivery of incorrect artwork, a manufacturing defect, or a product that materially fails to match its description or an agreed specification.
An artwork’s collection name does not by itself establish that it is an original painting, hand-painted item, numbered edition, exclusively licensed image, or investment product. Any such characteristic must be expressly identified in the applicable listing.
4. Orders, Availability, and Listing Errors
An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; it does not guarantee availability or require fulfillment of an obvious pricing or listing error.
If an availability, description, configuration, or pricing issue materially affects your order, we will contact you about the correction, an alternative, or cancellation.
We will not increase a completed order’s charge or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the affected order and you do not accept an alternative, we will cancel it and provide the refund required by law.
We may decline unlawful orders, orders involving unauthorized payment, or requests we cannot reasonably fulfill. If an order is declined after payment, we will refund amounts due for the unfulfilled merchandise and associated charges as required by law.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payments
Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery charges are identified before payment.
Available payment methods are those offered at checkout or in an invoice or payment arrangement expressly agreed with you. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
Unless another arrangement is expressly agreed, payment is due when the order is placed. We do not obtain authorization for unrelated or undisclosed charges through these Terms.
Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email, contact forms, or social messages.
6. Customer Images and Uploaded Materials
If you submit photographs, artwork, text, logos, or other materials, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them for the requested product.
Owning a copy of a photograph does not necessarily mean you own its copyright. Obtain any necessary permission from the photographer, artist, rights holder, or other authorized person, including appropriate permissions concerning identifiable individuals or children.
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted materials. You grant Quadro House and its authorized production and technical providers a limited, nonexclusive authorization to access, copy, store, prepare, resize, crop, and reproduce those materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, produce, deliver, and support your order, consistent with your selections and agreed instructions.
This authorization does not transfer ownership of your materials or authorize unrelated resale, public promotional use, or general-purpose AI model training. Retention and handling of files are described in our Privacy Policy.
We may request evidence of permission or decline materials that reasonably appear unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for the requested production. If an issue prevents fulfillment after payment, we will explain the available resolution and refund obligations applicable to the order.
7. File Quality, Cropping, and Proof Approval
Submit the highest-quality original file available. An image that appears sharp on a phone may not support the same quality at a large print size.
Review the selected crop, orientation, dimensions, visible content, text, and customization details. Selecting a different aspect ratio can remove content from the edges.
Our review does not guarantee that every issue in a customer-supplied file will be detected. If we identify a material problem affecting production, we may request a replacement file or approval of an alternative before proceeding.
Retouching, restoration, background replacement, significant image alteration, or additional design work is included only when expressly agreed. Additional charges require disclosure and agreement.
When a proof is provided for approval, production requiring that approval will not begin until you expressly approve it. Silence or failure to respond is not treated as approval.
Approval authorizes production according to the approved proof and agreed specifications. Changes requested afterward may affect cost or timing; we will explain any proposed additional charge and revised arrangements before proceeding.
Proof approval does not waive remedies for manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, or departures from the approved specifications. We will not use a pending approval to retain payment indefinitely without communication or disregard applicable shipment-delay requirements.
8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods, charges, and timing are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy and the information presented for your order.
Production time, shipment time, and carrier transit time are different. We will identify applicable estimates or commitments for your order. Carrier estimates are not guarantees of arrival on a particular date unless expressly agreed as such.
Where the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within the stated period or, if no period is stated, generally within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order.
If we cannot meet the applicable shipment period, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. We will obtain your agreement to a delay when required and will not treat these Terms as advance consent to indefinite delays.
Provide accurate delivery details and notify us promptly of needed changes. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. Any proposed additional delivery charge must be disclosed and agreed where required.
We remain responsible for our obligations relating to delivery and product conformity. A carrier’s involvement does not automatically eliminate your rights against Quadro House.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request an order correction, change, or cancellation. A request alone does not confirm that production or shipment has stopped.
Voluntary cancellation or changes may be unavailable after production or fulfillment begins, particularly for custom products. We will review the order’s actual status and explain the available options.
Any proposed cancellation charge or charge for changed specifications must be disclosed and agreed where applicable; this paragraph does not authorize an arbitrary or undisclosed fee.
Restrictions on voluntary cancellation do not remove statutory rights concerning shipment delays, nonconforming merchandise, or other circumstances where cancellation or a refund is required.
10. Returns, Damage, Defects, and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, including a preference for a different design, an incorrectly selected size or orientation, or deciding that the artwork no longer suits your space.
This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, products that materially fail to match the order, qualifying cancellations of unshipped merchandise, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a problem occurs, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description. Photographs of the product and packaging are helpful. Keep packaging while the issue is reviewed where reasonably possible.
A missing photograph, missing packaging, or absence of an unboxing video does not automatically eliminate applicable legal rights.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, consistent with the circumstances and applicable law. We will provide return instructions and any required return-shipping arrangements for confirmed damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
Do not return artwork without receiving instructions. We will not require an unauthorized return as a condition of acknowledging a valid claim.
Refunds due will be processed within applicable legal time limits, through the original payment method where practicable and legally appropriate. A payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We will not substitute store credit where a monetary refund is required.
Additional details appear in our Returns & Cancellations policy.
11. Care, Handling, Installation, and Warranties
Follow the care, handling, and mounting instructions supplied for your product. Confirm that the installation surface, hardware, and method are suitable for the artwork’s weight and dimensions.
Installation services and mounting hardware are included only when expressly identified in the order. Seek qualified assistance where needed for safe installation.
Damage caused by mishandling, unsuitable cleaning products, alteration, or improper installation may fall outside a manufacturing-defect claim when that conduct caused the damage. This does not excuse a pre-existing defect or remove applicable rights.
Any additional written product warranty will identify its coverage, duration, conditions, and claim procedure. These Terms do not create an additional lifetime, scratch-proof, fade-proof, or damage-proof guarantee. They do not disclaim warranties or remedies that apply by law.
12. Intellectual Property and Catalog Artwork
Purchasing an artwork transfers the physical item; it does not, by itself, transfer copyright, trademark rights, or a license to reproduce the artwork, sell reproductions, or commercially exploit protected website content.
Rights remain with their respective holders to the extent those rights exist. You may use the physical product and exercise rights available under applicable law.
Some catalog artwork may incorporate public-domain material or AI-assisted or AI-generated elements. We do not claim exclusive copyright in public-domain material or purely AI-generated elements where copyright does not exist. Any protection for human-created contributions depends on applicable law.
These Terms do not restrict lawful use of public-domain material obtained independently or grant rights owned by third parties.
13. Website Use and Saved Features
Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt website operation, interfere with other users, submit unlawful materials, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
The Saved Art feature stores selections associated with your browser. Clearing browser storage or using a different device may remove or change those selections. A saved selection is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of future availability.
External payment, communication, and other services may have separate terms. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.
14. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, uploaded files, analytics, advertising, and business communications. Our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings explain relevant browser technologies and choices.
Permission to process information needed for an order is distinct from permission for public image use or promotional communications. These Terms do not substitute for separate consent required for marketing, cookies, or other processing.
Order-related communications may be sent through the contact channels you provide, as permitted by law. Marketing preferences and opt-out choices are addressed separately.
15. Responsibility and Applicable Rights
We remain responsible for performing our obligations under the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a nonwaivable consumer right or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Descriptions of screen differences, customer-file limitations, or third-party services do not excuse our own failure to meet an agreed specification or legal obligation.
Contact us promptly about a concern so we can investigate and propose an appropriate resolution. Contacting us does not require you to surrender rights to seek assistance from a payment provider, regulator, or court.
16. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
Florida law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to the transaction or where you live.
The version presented for your order governs that order. Later updates do not retroactively remove rights or replace agreed order terms without a valid legal basis or your agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
