1. Our Commitment

Quadro House aims to make https://quadrohouse.com usable by people with different abilities and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing part of our design and development work.

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference. Our areas of attention include readable content, color contrast, descriptive controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus, image alternatives, and clear form instructions.

This statement does not claim independent certification or complete conformance across every page and third-party feature.

2. Assistance and Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help reviewing artwork, using the configurator, completing checkout, or accessing order information, email privacy@quadrohouse.com with the subject "Accessibility Assistance."

Please include the page address, the action you were trying to complete, and a description of the problem. Browser, device, and assistive-technology information can help us investigate, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other medical information.

Our support hours are weekdays, 10am-6pm Eastern Time. We will review your request and work with you on an accessible way to obtain the information or service you need.

3. Third-Party Features

Some payment, communication, and embedded services have interfaces we do not fully control. If one creates a barrier, please tell us so we can assess available assistance and raise the issue with the provider where appropriate.

A third-party feature does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Quadro House.

4. Ongoing Improvements

We consider accessibility feedback as we improve the website and its shopping experience. If a reported issue is not resolved, reply to the same correspondence so we can continue reviewing it.
